Unauthorized copying, downloading, screen-shots, or or other means of stealing proofs or images is a violation of US Copyright laws. Unauthorized image use will be considered an agreement to purchase full rights to the image, and you will be invoiced for the full image (see price list for value of image on the website), as well as an additional $150 for theft and inconvenience . If you are under the age of 18, you understand and acknowledge that your parent(s)/guardian(s) will be responsible for any and all fees. By continuing to the gallery, you are agreeing to these terms.
All Photos in Galleries are Proofs
All orders, including digital downloads, come to me for personal review, final editing, color correcting and removal of distracting objects if I am able to do so. Due to the time it can take for this process, Digital Downloads can take 1-2 days to receive, and the lab can take several days to ship prints and gifts. Digital Downloads will arrive via email, and large files will be compressed into .ZIP Files, which I do find to be easiest to open on a desktop computer or laptop. You will receive an update when your order is complete, and/or when your order is at the lab. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!
